PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your information.

Effective date: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how HONORA VENTURES CONSULTANCY LLC ("Honora", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with the public pages of honoraventuresconsultancy.ae, enquiries and consultation requests.

It does not cover information processed within the authenticated client portal, client onboarding or an ongoing client engagement. Please contact us for information about those activities.

1. Who is responsible for your information

HONORA VENTURES CONSULTANCY LLC is responsible for deciding how and why personal information is used for the activities covered by this policy. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For privacy questions or requests about your information, email info@honoraventuresconsultancy.ae and use the subject line "Privacy request". Please describe the information or interaction concerned. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

2. Information you provide

Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected enquiry topic and the information you write in your message.

Consultation requests. When you request an appointment, we receive your name, email address, selected service, preferred date and time, and any additional details you provide. You can also provide a phone or WhatsApp number; that field is optional.

Correspondence. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share and the communications needed to handle your request.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passport copies, payment details, health information or other sensitive information through a general website enquiry. If you provide information about another person, make sure you are entitled to share it and that they are aware of this policy.

3. Technical information and cookies

When you visit our website, your browser sends technical information needed to display the pages, including your IP address, browser type, device characteristics and the pages you request. We use this information to deliver the website correctly, protect it from misuse and understand how visitors use it.

We use privacy-conscious analytics that do not set tracking cookies or collect persistent identifiers. A temporary, random identifier is generated for your visit and combined with the date to produce an anonymous hash. This cannot identify you personally and is not linked across different days.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or third-party tracking technologies on this website. Google Analytics may be loaded to help us understand site usage in aggregate; where loaded, it operates under its own privacy terms.

Your browser may let you delete or restrict cookies and similar stored information. Restricting technologies needed for a feature can affect how that feature works.

4. How we use information

We use information supplied in enquiries and consultation requests to understand and respond to your request, identify the relevant service, review and arrange an appointment, communicate about that appointment and keep records of our correspondence.

We may also need to use relevant information to comply with an applicable legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any use of technical information to operate or protect the website is described in section 3.

Submitting an enquiry or appointment request is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing. If we seek consent for an additional purpose, we will explain that purpose separately.

5. Our grounds for processing

We process personal information only where permitted by the data protection law that applies to the relevant activity.

For enquiries and consultation requests, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. For technical information, we process it to deliver and protect the website and for our legitimate interests in understanding site usage. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

If information is needed to handle your enquiry or appointment request and you do not provide it, we may be unable to complete that request.

6. Who may receive information

Access to personal information is limited to people who need it for the purposes described in this policy. Service providers may process information on our behalf when they support those activities, subject to the applicable requirements for confidentiality, security and data processing.

These providers include our website hosting and email delivery services. Where Google Analytics is used, Google processes technical information under its own terms as an independent controller for its own purposes.

We may disclose relevant information to competent authorities where required by law, or to professional advisers where necessary for legal advice or a legal claim and permitted by law. Where your enquiry requires an introduction or referral to another organisation, the disclosure must have an appropriate lawful basis and be explained to you as required.

7. International processing and transfers

A provider's location, hosting arrangements or remote access can involve processing outside the United Arab Emirates. Our website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Email correspondence may be processed by providers in multiple locations.

Any international transfer must meet the requirements of the law that applies to the information. Using the website does not itself provide consent to an international transfer.

8. How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations. The relevant criteria include whether the enquiry or appointment is still active, the need to maintain an appropriate record of the interaction, applicable statutory requirements and the need to resolve a dispute or legal claim.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous, subject to any lawful retention requirement. Records held in backups are addressed through the applicable backup retention and deletion process. You can ask us about the retention criteria for your information using the contact details above.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on the applicable law and its conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to obtain information about the processing of your personal information; request access or a copy; correct inaccurate information; request erasure; restrict, stop or object to certain processing; and receive or transfer information in a portable form where the right applies.

You may also have rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Where such processing occurs, we will provide the information and choices required by applicable law.

To make a request, contact info@honoraventuresconsultancy.ae. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or clarify your request. We will handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason why a request cannot be fulfilled in full. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority where that right applies.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks of processing it. No website, internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information relating to your interaction with us has been compromised.

11. Children and external services

Our public website presents services for a general business audience. It is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can assess the appropriate steps under applicable law.

The website includes links to external services, including WhatsApp and Instagram. When you choose to use another service, its own privacy terms also apply to its processing. Review those terms before sharing information. This policy covers Honora's handling of information received in an enquiry, but does not control how an external platform processes information for its own purposes.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our activities or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version on this website with its effective date. Where the law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide that notice or seek that consent.
